• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments

• Inspections are visual and non-invasive
• We do not guarantee the future condition of any property
• Reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection only

Advantage Home Inspections, LLC is not responsible for hidden or latent defects that are not reasonably observable.
