I’m Todd Ripka, owner of Advantage Home Inspections. In 1996 this company was started with the mission to provide premium services that make the home inspection process seamless and go off without a hitch.

I have over 16 years of experience in the field, and I’m passionate about what I do. I originally worked in pest control and foundation repair before moving into home inspections. Having worked alongside many home inspectors and combining this with my entrepreneurial drive helped me to make the move into running my own business.

My team and I believe in being honest, professional, and thoroughly explaining what we find during the home inspection process. We are happy to answer questions you may have about your home inspection throughout the process, including after we have completed the inspection.
