(Commercial inspections can vary greatly depending onthe size and condition of the property and the number of units involved.) Weencourage Our clients to follow along as we perform the inspection.
After We have looked over your property, we will prepare a detailed inspectionreport which can be provided to you in either print or digital format. Because myinspections are very thorough, there will be a lot of detailed information in thereport, including – almost always -- recommended repairs and potential safetyhazards.

Please remember that no home is perfect and that even newly built homes willhave the potential to have flaws. All homes require maintenance and suffer theeffects of age and settling. The purpose of the home inspection is to provide youwith as much information about the condition of the home as possible, so thatyou can decide whether the home is right for you.
